Hi Elmo, I registered for the seminar. Had to do it by phone. Wasn't able to do it electronically. I'll bet that really impresses end users and resellers with Novells prowess. Pathetic! Novell suffers from a mindset that is typical. They think that being an expert in one field is the same as being an expert in everything. They remain clueless to the fact that to become a marketing expert takes about the same amount of schooling as to become a software expert. Can you imagine what Novell could do if they were to swallow their pride and hire a marketing agency to analyize their business and fine tune their marketing efforts so everything worked together? The potential for growth is incredible. Wall Street would be in love! I'll let you know what I can find out at the seminar on Sept 18. I suspect a lot of it will be over my head but at least I'll get a chance to see how some of the stuff works. Regards, Don
