Doc - I did not sell any of my common today - but I did sell 1,900 ASTN warrants from my IRA at 8 1/8 and bought back 1,000 shares of ATG common at 12 7/8 about 2 minutes apart mid-afternoon when the spread between warrants and common narrowed below 5- essentially reversing a trade I had made about a month ago when I traded 5000 shares of common and bought back 4,000 shares of common and 1900 warrants a short while later (the idea was to convert all of the 5,000 shares of common to warrants, but I chickened out given the premium on the warrants at the time). So I now hold 68,000 common shares and 10,000 warrants, same as I did about a month ago.

Seriously, you may think there is something to get excited about, but I believe this is a negative blip owing to the perception of a potential short term delay on VTS launch and the POS-AM that will be very short lived -- indeed, the fact that the stock remains at 12 7/8 after the # of shares outstanding was increased from the 15 million or so recently shown in Yahoo (and other quote sources) to almost 23 million in the POS AM is very encouraging to me.

Auric - you gotta be kidding with your selective quotes from the Amended registration statement. 80% of your so-called "floorless" dilution has played itself out while the stock was increasing from 8 to 13. Big deal.
