All I know is CIEN is a company I have wanted to own since before they even came
public. They were so expensive when they IPO'd that I was PO'd. I felt sleighted like I
couldn't get in on a fantastic opportunity. I have waited patiently for a year for CIEN to
stumble so I could buy some to tuck away.

Now I have my chance...
