Ian, re First Call contained in my above post, also note that Q3 estimate was 3 cents 90 days ago, 8 cents 60 and 30 days ago and now has been reduced to 1 cent. This tells me that McDonald must be keeping in close touch with DLJ, probably something that Mora didn't bother to do. Phil
