No one said that we would want to do that. All I said was that these dual use items where sold all over the word by Americans and by others. I agree that the restrictions where sometimes too lose but their was a lot of complaints even about the restrictions that where in place because it was thought that they shut down American trade oportunities and that the stuff was for sale from a dozen other sources so the buyer still got what they wanted.
