E, my good friend. Howz it been?

Reality has been slow to set, imho. The biggest fund.
change in the "New World Order" has been staring us in
the face and we were just slow to react.

There is nothing that IMF can do to help the ruskies.
Ditto the indonesians. Perhaps the missile fired by
Nokor will wake up the japanese and realize that they
need us after all. Someone said that Tokyo is a poor
guy in rich man's clothes.

U.N. is inutile with Iraq, Serbs and Bin Leden.

I can't believe it. In less than a generation, the New
world order espoused by George Bush is down the tubes.
So goes the WTO, IMF (congress may not fund it), G-7
U.N. and other institutions.

I hate to sound so pessimistic. But that's the way
things look now. Billy cannot hope to ease the ruskies.

Take care, Bud...
