YoMaMa, "I would assume that if MDCE is gonna release their financials that they must be positive being BB-stocks arnt required to do so !" I think you are wrong! Non-reporting OTC-BB stocks will be sent to the pinksheets if they do not report! Every BB stock you own should plan on reporting. IMHO JeffG
