I don't care how the little tyrant dresses, but he had 3 chances to sign these papers and he still did not do it. He just doesn't want to do it. The only reason to demand an oval office press conference was to put on a big planned scene to look good to the world and his Democrat handlers as he refused to do it right in President Trump's face. He failed...miserably...except to the confused and uneducated Trump haters.

American boots on the ground is a non-starter with President Trump and most Americans and it was NOT part of this deal.
