I can relate to your silver coin story, here is mine..When I was about 12 or 13 my grandfather gave my sister and I about $200 worth of change, all silver...Well, a lot of the kids in the neighborhood had mini-bikes and I was dieing to get one. So Dad explained to me the importance of saving and the fact that the coins were silver and had more value,,etc., ect. But he said it was my choice...I choose the mini-bike, he bought it and I gave him the coins......few years back I bought a few gold american eagles,,,he pulled out a jar of silver change and reminded me of my decision<ROFL!!> (of course he's held a bunch of att shares and all the spinoffs, all divys reinvested for probably 40 years..I don't think he wants to do all the paperwork to figure out the capital gains<vbg>)
..should know where I stand on USPIX around 8:00,,there may be a bounce in the markets hiding in the rears,,but huge technical damage has occured...(5 degrees here this morning, that isn't going to help prices at the pump) |
