I have been involved with several mergers and acquisitions and I can tell you that it is almost impossible to determine the exact completion date and schedule because there are so many different factors involved, lawyers, bankers, government, regulations, owners, buyers, investors, real estate, taxes, inventory, etc. I am disappointed it is being delayed for a few days but I can understand there are many reasons why this happens. I agree the company needs to work more closely with IR to reduce communication problems and unrealistic expectations. If they can still get it done by Friday, the AGM will still be productive. I believe they will get the deal completed soon and we will all be happier. Remember all sellers will be buyers at some time.
