ACRT moved down from 22 to 15-5/8 because of speculation by the street that their earnings would have to be restated. We now know that this is absolutely false and "rediculous" as Amos put it in the conf. call. The tad MUST be accounted for in full, the co. has no choice but to do so. If you go back a week or so you will find this explained by John Chew in the kind of DETAIL you would expect from a real professional analyst. GO BACK AND READ IT, you will find unbiased FACTS not 3rd person ego trip drivel. IF YOU HAVE EVER READ A REAL RESEARCH REPORT BY A REAL ANALYST YOU WILL KNOW PINK IS NOT ONE. HE HAS INNUENDO AND HIS EGO AT THE FOREFRONT WHILE JOHN CHEW HAS FACTS, CAREFULLY & CONCISLEY EXPLAINED The Driehaus Fund filing a 13D for AT LEAST a 5% stake in ACRT is great news.
