Hey Coach....the explanation concerning why J.B. Oxford as able to buy the shares for $1.25 is completely wrong!! So why would this big shareholder not sell the shares in the open market?? Because he didn't want to?? I think not!! Did you read the rest of the news release?? There is additional debt that is being negotiated as part of the deal!! Get a clue!! In addition, the release says that all the shares that could have been sold by Oeri have been sold!! Anyone who spreads this kind of shit deserves to lose money!! GP
