The inverse H&S formation on SPX i feel is now the BIGGIE, it fails to get a Bull Breakout on the inverse, all will suddenly swing from Bulls in control, to Bears take over, and yes we could retest lows this year. But that failure MUST happen.
It also is a time to pay close attention to the Daily Momentum.
the Bull Rules for me until i get a key signal.
