Rick,

Thanks you for passing on that press release. It surely sounds like they are moving in the right direction. I am familiar with a few of these builders since they do build in the Washington D.C. Metro area. Renaissance builds typically homes in the 3200-7500 sq ft range(mostly around 5500 sq ft after sunroom/library, 500k-1m). These are serious upscale homes. Trafalgar Homes are around 2800-3200 sq ft(350-500k, as I remembered) targeted for middle class, and Stanley Martin builds high quality townhomes and custom single family(3500+ sq ft, 450-1m). Stanley Martin is a very reputable builder. From what I am hearing their first quarter should be close to 180k-250k.

Lowes should certainly give them a boost in delivering their product to other builders. By the way, Jaegar supplied the I-joist to NV homes. NV is receiving the IBS 2000 from LRL directly and using its product with Jaegar's I-Joist. Ryan homes(sub of NV homes) should be signed on with LRL in the coming months. Ryans builds more homes than NV on an annual basis.

Thanks again,
Stock_owner
