I had Schwab 500 but I'm the type who never used it as I place trades on the internet. Their commissions are ridiculous for service that isn't better than the folks that give $20 trades. SO I closed out my regular account (where I was shut out on meltdown Monday) and moved everything to e-schwab. Yes, I use their website. And yes, it's bad even after hours. The software for Macs is a joke. We keep a Microsoft-free household, but maybe I'll have to break down and buy a Dell and Microserf software so I have access (arrrgh!)
