I agree with Joe. The issue is the how the TMN market in general is doing. You have to look at the universe of TMN and Network Mgt. related stocks to see what's happening. The basket includes Crosskeys, Dset, OSII, TCSI, TTLIF, Aritel, Evolving and a few more. All these stocks are crushed. TMN adoption is being delayed for some reasons and that's the key to when this market takes off. The Soundview report by Shankar(?) says buy the basket of TMN stocks if you do anything at all in this space. I believe most institutional investors are just waiting till they see TMN rev. growth across the board. At this time the pie of rev. is too small to share with all these companies. Adam
