Hi VLAD,
Many thanks for taking the time to respond about E*trade. I will look for a web site "Alt E*Trade," and if there's not one out there I'll start one. It's a terrible thing to have this bunch of terds decide seven days after the fact to change my order.
Last week I "sold" 1500 shares of Perot. I bought 900 shares of PER. I was trying to short the stock but didn't know at the time that you can't short an IPO for 30 days. So I made a mistake. From the figures above I'm "short" PER by 600 shares. Guess what, instead of telling me I made a mistake they (seven days later) decided that I must have meant to "buy" Perot and when the dust cleared I wound up with 300 shares of PER long and those idiots will give me no satisfaction.
Harry
