Things must be going on marvelously for Quicken users since this board doesn't have much action, or else users are just resigned to their misery.

I just got an iMac after using windows for my entire life and bought Q18 since my last purchase was the 2005 version. I'm having a problem in that Q won't give the correct quote price for a fund in my 401k. It shows the ticker symbol for VIGAX instead of VIVAX and I don't know how to change it. I also have VIGAX in my 401k and that is accurate. Has anyone had similar issues and can you provide some insight into how to fix my problem. I know calling Intuit in the past was a complete waste of time and I'd do it if things have changed. Have they??

Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!
