Two macro items which may also help drive smaller stocks are capital gains cut and the rising dollar. US automakers are already encountering a slowdown due to the dollar whereas the Japanese are setting new records. The dollar will start to hurt the large Intl companies. Any type of capital gains cut should also favor smaller growth stocks.

Combining these two issues, I would expect to see an eventual rotation out of the large (liquid) companies into the smaller growth companies. Which industries are poised for growth? Does digital fit this bill? I think longer term (3rd or 4th qtr) we will be looking back and saying "remember when CUBE was in the 20's?"
