Emile. Someone is very confused about this Ascend marginability question and I don't think it is me. You are probably seeing Ascend as non-marginable because of a temporary trading halt that places the bid and ask prices at zero, not because of political forces at the Fed Reserve. -g- I want you to know that I had a real good laugh at the conspiracy theories. :-)
