The Patient's Bill of Rights, while bad government, is OK by everybody as long as it does not become "The Trial Lawyers' Enrichment Act", as Kennedy wants it to be. If that's what gets through Congress, it deserves a rapid veto. We have paid enough tribute to the ambulance chasers. We endanger our nation by giving them more. Real leadership is stopping them. Hopefully Bush will, as always, offer real leadership...
