Al perhaps you could refine your position

You see we tried mounting an effort to replace our brain dead BOD prior to the annual meeting. We also tried to wake up the institutional shareholders such as CALPERS by warning them how deeply in trouble NOVL was, hoping they would withhold their votes for our current brain dead BOD. NADA!

Unfortunately the institutions do as little to protect their investors as NOVL's BOD does to protect our shareholder equity. Most of them didn't even show up for the annual meeting. They must have forgot.

I might suggest the following. If you are a shareholder, perhaps you want to send peter troop at NOVL a piece of your mind. Or a fellow named John Young.

Try to be polite and informative about Apple and mention the immediate 6 point stock increase. Perhaps you could ask MR. Young to resign. Gosh did I say that? You can argue how much more money that would make for his patrons than his continued presence on the BOD.

As they say now that Apple has shown the way, its a proven concept.
