Just a humble question, why do this small, active groups in USA have such unproportional
influence...???

I'm really happy if anyone can provide me of the proof of this, from the times of
the voter act of 1971 debate, unluckily I have lost the link to that great math thesis.
However, note that "it has served USA well", now 41 members of the black caucus compared
to zero, really close to 12%, through the magic of Gerry S. Al-a-Mander. (1800s, I believe, maybe
an arabic style great US hero??)
On the fifth foot, i am perfectly aware that all of this is not really a major issue in US
education nor media, quite the opposite, although it happens every year. |
