Pass Pass I hold asnd myself, and your description ( in the post I'm answering ) of events has hit the nail on the head. My best recollection of the recent announcements is exactly the same as yours. Including IR returning my calls and sounding positive. I have written two letters to asnd since yesterday's announcement, I'll email you copies. For anyone interested, I have asked asnd to merge or put themselves up for sale. This company's credibility stinks. I recc. Asnd seek out Three Coms or Lucent. By the end of today, asnd's price should be attractive to both. Pass Pass's post regarding management, is the way I view asnd. Pass referenced " Mory Ejabat's statement that the future looks great ", Last Q. it was 56K problem, this Q. it's Max Tnt, what's next ? What future was Mr. Ejabat talking about ? perhaps he should have been more specific, " the year's 2001 / 2003 are looking good for us". Best Regards, Tom
