It looks like SOMEONE has discovered my town's website. Over the weekend a few dozen flames aimed at the Clintons appeared. Reading through those posts is easier than trying to purchase Mets tickets online.

Now if I can only get a contract to redesign the town's site using Oracle Portal...

Come to think of it, the site the Mets had last year worked fine for online ticket sales. This new site seems to be part of a really big Major League Baseball-wide web initiative (MLB Advanced Media, LP). Considering how long I've been getting a message that explains that I can't buy any tickets due to "transaction volume", I hope they're running on SQL Server!!
