Message 20152780 The SOX however hit its low for this cycle in October 2002 a full 18 months later when the VXO spiked back over 50 for a third time in less than 13 months: investorshub.com And of course institutions finally began to buy and hold shares but only after the BPNDX had dipped below 20, not 30, but 20, five full times in 13 months.
