Dear Barry:

The Lord has plans for both of us. The job and career, and finances can many times be about us but the Lord has plans for ministry for both of us. What is the saying. Only that which we do for the Lord will remain. All else will burn off as chaff.

I was ready to move but the Lord showed me He wanted me to remain. I told you that last year I prayed for the Lord to use me ( in the body of believers ) or move me . Two weeks later I was placed on the elders board, and the Vision 2000 committee.

We broke ground last week on 13 acres of land, the building is now going to be 140 X 280 instead of 140 X 140. We are counting on a 400% increase in sunday school, worship services ect. That is where the Lord is leading; and somehow He will provide. One of the reasons I know He wants me to stay is because of the church.

My business has taken off to the moon. I'm booked solid through June now and working on July; so the Lord is blessing. I'm making another pledge on the new church. I am going to pay off my 1st pledge today; which I was on budget to pay off by May 9th. But the Lord provided so I'll duplicate that pledge again.

So pray for Maranatha; we can use all we can get. Financially. We are stepping out in faith. If we do not the Lord will raise up someone else to be a standard in our community; so we are wearing the mantle right now. Exciting and nerve racking all at the same time. Never a dull moment when the Lord of all creation calls out your name. Such as He has recently done for you my brother......In Christ.gregor
