You'd think that people would give me a call before they built something wrong. Nope.

In fact that's the secret of building, call your subs a couple of months in advance and ask them. My best general took the time to watch what I do the first time I worked for him. He can build a $10,000,000 home in 3 months. He did so well he bought a bank in Rancho Sante Fe, one of the richest communities in the world.

From what I understand ALL of Frank Lloyd Wright's buildings leaked.
