As someone who is unfortunately long Ascend and who has consistently criticized Ascend manageemnt on this thread lately only to have others tell us how great it is(was) I am curious as to where all of Mory's defenders are today. He mislead us in August with comments that all was well, two days later 8K. He mislead us all quarter as recently as Thursday when Bernie said at Montgomery conference "we never comment during quite period at end of quarter" then bombshell when we thought we had 10 days to deceide what to do before earnings. Management in this company is dishonest.They will get sued and deserve every minute of the pleasure it gives them. I am only waiting for this stock to stabilize so I can lick my wounds and get out. I used to close my posts with "Where's Mory?" now I know.
