Jeffery: I called Bell Atlantic the other day to question the prices. You still must get an ISP $19, plus the ISDN usage for ~$30.. so the package is really about $50/month for 20 hours. In one month $50 may seem cheap... because the FCC is going to make a ruling on access charges the RBOCs can bill ISPs. Today its zero... next month??? Did anyone see the MCI "COW" commercial about access charges that long distance companies pay the RBOCs for terminating a long distance phone call. MCI portrays people around the country mooooing like "cash cows" for the RBOCs. Bell Atlantic didn't think it was funny... they are demanding that MCI stops the commercial.
