GREAT shorting means a buy back later at a (hopefully) higher price.
If no Plug cells are offered in Georgia by a local distributor then they will not sell there, if there is a local disrtibutor then so much the better. I think the cells will be offered by the utility to the consumer for free and the utility will earn its profits on the electrical charges. Plug has stated the electrical costs should average between .08c and .11c kwh and that is after a 5 year payout on the cell. I also think that if the utility has capital restraints then Ge Fuel Cell's big brother Ge Capital can help.
If there were no distribution capability via GE, SRE and DTE
then Plug would be just one among many but with their partners experience and expertise ......
