When you amortize the education, that is one very expensive computer. But these anomolies are not that uncommon. There are many mainframe computers out there with $millions in custom software kept running by hiring expensive multimillionaire consultants (like our own John Koligsman) that can easily be beaten (SPEC scores - whatever) by an Athlon. Go figure. Mary
