"So any clue as to why SUNW keeps falling. Just a couple weeks ago it was at $140+, now down to post split $63. Are we going to be disappointed with the upcoming earnings release?"

Could be "buy on the rumor sell on the news mentality" (i.e. profit taking) or that there is some P/E adjustment going on with most of the large cap stocks that have seen huge gains over the past six months.

Overtime, the stock price of SUNW will go higher because they are the dot in .com.
