Govt ok's Lucent Technologies<LU.N>Yurie purchase MURRAY HILL, N.J., May 12 (Reuters) - Lucent Technologies Inc said Tuesday it received Hart-Scott-Rodino Act clearance from the U.S. Government to buy Yurie Systems Inc <YURI.O>. In a statement, Lucent said its $35 a share tender offer for Yurie, a developer of ATM access technology and equipment for data, voice and video networking, would expire on May 28, 1998. BAY might be another matter. No word from LU on BAY. o~~~ O
