Re-counts

Neither side can 'demand' a re-count ..
The election laws of the individual states
have clear procedures for 'mandatory' re-counts
in elections where the majority is less than
a statutory amount .. Everybody can demand what
they want .. there will be re-counts in
any state where the statutory limits come into
play .. Think everybody would be well served if
both the Bush and Gore camps spent less time in
front of the TV cameras and let the State Election
Commissions in states where elections were close
do their jobs ..
