You can use 2 modems on 1 PC to the same ISP

ISDN works with binding together 2 channels.
this is a pretty common approach. I strongly
suggest you get a better computer, especially
if you are getting streaming real time quotes.
those programs are memory/CPU/cache hogs, and
task switching get's painfully slow when you have
several browser windows open while they stream.

I use a 133mhz Pentium with 40mb of RAM, and
between my real time, dynamic graph, and set of
browser windows, performance is just bearable.
