If you believe Fed will raise rates 3-4 times sell evryting you own at the market tomorrow, sell your house too and go short! You will pick ATML @ 5 then. I don't think the FED will raise rates more than one more time with the evidence of today's economy. But things may change and even Greenspan doesn't have that evidence now! Birol
