Usually when one is supposed to have discovered some impropriety there
is a statute of limitations of 1 year in which to file an action. Can someone confirm if that would apply in this case. THe problem with Abbey Grady is that the complaint was filed within 3 working days of the suspension before we knew if there is any real basis for a complaint or wether we have been damaged by something slup did and the lawsuit itself especially if prolonged will be causing damage
to slups price and business. The sec investigation could take 6-12 months or more and it might take that long or longer than -by July 7th to know if we have been damaged.
Does someone know if shareholders don't join this class action by July 7th (because it is premature and damaging for Slup)would share holders have a right to file another action within 1 year if it is proven to be substantiated but giving Slup a chance in the meantime to redeem itself and produce a couple of great quarters to which one would expect the stock price to respond appropriately - if unhindered by lawuits-thereby eliminating need for one.
