Hi Pete and All: Just talked to Kevin Murphy-ETC Investor Relations
in Seattle and I got the following points:
1. Basically confirmed the information that you posted about
holes 2 and 3.
2. They are very pleased about results from hole 1,
3. They are mutually pleased about the working relationship with QTR;
(he did not confirm or deny that more joint ventures with QTR are
in the work, but I feel that what you posted was right);
4. This stock is way undervalued (his words);
5. More good things are coming and shareholders will be more than happy with the results (his words). He told me that insiders are not selling (as I found out and posted earlier today);
6. They are in the process to get "something" arranged with attorneys.
As soon as that is arranged they will come with a lot of good
information (they would like to release info but this "attorney thing" is holding the news releases);
5. Tomorrow morning one of their computer guys (somebody from Baron
Marny, I did not understand this but somehow it is the same company) will be available in our thread to answer our questions (without disclosing information).

My opinion:

- The stock is now at the pre Mata-Mata value, so there is not much
downside;
- The upside potential is great;
- They will become more responsive to the shareholders (This depends
on us: keep on contacting the company). Hopefully they will have
a company rep. checking our site periodically and answering our
questions. (We can create good and honest company relationship that
will make us feel confident about their procedures).
