Roger called me today,and here are the news that are coming.
1)He said that we should have news tomorrow.
He said that the stock is a great buy now, and maybe today the last
buying opportunity for buyers, and for sure for the shorts to start
to cover today.
He said that the selling in the stock is BS going on with the MMs
that short the stock.
He said that every time they sell short,people should be buying
to squeeze the shorts even more.
Now the short position is 1,5 million shares=more than 60% of the float
He is meeting with major share holders and brokers today.
He said that the major share holders had ask for delivery of the stock
certificates,and they have not got anything yet.
But tomorrow press release is coming that will force the shorts to cover and deliver the certificates to the share holders.
We all the share holders have to turn our certificates in to the company and get new certificates he said.
The reason he said is they are changing the state of domisile,and
something else,that I was not able to understand well.
It looks to me that war is about to start in this stock for the shorts.
At 1,5 million short I see the stock to fly, and I do not know how high.
Also he said that positive news for the acquisitions maybe come out
soon,and as for the audits he said that they will be out soon,and the
delay is because they want also to announce with the year, the quarter ending Sep.30th .
Excitment is about to begin.
