The way I read the AP story is that those people have
"felony charges" but "not the convictions". Anybody can be
charged and that does not mean that person is found guilty.
However I agree that INS did not have time to verify finger
prints with FBI. I thought finger print is already in INS's
record and why it is so difficult to verify.
Well, the way FBI crime lab is doing its "unbiased"
business who knows what is correct and what is false.
Hope they scrap their homegrown stuff and buy off-the-self
systems and contract it to a third party.
