I received a reply re: 25% (4X) margin from Vulcan on 8/28 which said that they no longer offer 25% margin. According to Pete at Vulcan, the SEC came down on JB Oxford about this and they had to discontinue the offer. Too bad. That was a very enticing incentive to trade through them.
