Bill & Nanny, Why all the secrecy here about the S2?? Let's have an open discussion on this board and not by e-mail or phone! Why did Sunrise have to refile this twice?? Was is not effective the first time? The volume and price suggested it was. What does this mean for all shareholders?? Why didn't we see a sustained bump in price after the Academy meeting in San Fran?? Looks like it's going to be a long winter!! Barry
