can anyone really figure out the staples.com spin off. i can't tell from reading the report wether spls common stock holders get any benefit at all. we get no stock in .com and no money from the ipo of .com. where is the benefit? also can the board legally sell a function of the present co. without compensating common stock holders? i voted no,but what do i know. rocky
