Have a friend who had a problem with his Zip drive. Called IOMG
service department and they sent him a new part. They sent it
Federal Express and he got it the following morning at 9 am sharp!
They sent it FREE of charge! He got the part in less than 24 hours
and what is more astonishing is that he, like myself, live in
Montreal (Canada)!! NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE! WHAT A GREAT
COMPANY!
