Oh, it's quite clear. It's "put the blame on the Republicans."

I almost didn't post that blog, because it's a "your another" argument. It was a Republican screwup. The guy has been a Republican all his life, and worked for the party.

Fortunately for the Republicans, he was an "equal opportunity" briber.
