Thanks for the info Smart Investor. As a smart investor myself, I will not try to argue otherwise. Yes, I'm afraid this is a bit of a hurdle for YHOO. However, the acquisition has a fair way to go till it is actually successful, and be considered a potential threat. As always, I'm sure YHOO management, very enterprising as they are, will come up with something to counteract the opposition. And of course there is always the fact that investing in #2 isn't so bad (to quote SweetPete from YHOO bb). The %age growth may be the same ! As of last Monday (was it Tuesday ?) I'm already hedged with AOL...so this should be twice as pleasant...!!!
