Hi Dan, et al..The property is located on the coast( St Margarets Village), overlooking a couple of fishing harbors and Aspy Bay, only a few miles away from the northern tip of NS..Actually that area of Nova Scotia, Cape Bretton island, looks like the highlands of Scotland, mountains meeting the sea, and is a popular Summer tourist location.. Couldn't help myself, and took another uspix nibble yesterday under $16. Still early, but only down a bit over 1/2% on my entire position, we'll see what happens next week.
