Valueman, I'm hip to the notion of "low price on day 1 to minimize tax bite", but: what exactly constitutes our tax basis on day 1? The opening price, median price, closing price? Also, can I take a deduction based on diminuation in value cause the ticker symbol resembles a certain White House aide? Inquiring minds want to know. Best, Mike Doyle
