T.A: Mr Roth and T.M have known each as equals for many years and talk to each other quite often as NT has some lease space in T.M's High tech park.

In a take over, there is only one CEO. T.M cannot bare the thought of playing second fiddle to Mr Roth who also knows that.

In brief that precludes NT taking over NN.
